I find this an interesting composition in that I can see and almost hear the sounds of a busy city. It is akin to being a visitor to a new city. The sights and sounds of a very large city can overwhelm the senses - the flash & honk of cars going by, the streetlights flashing from red to green to yellow, the billboards and signs blinking or speeding by so fast that the white words/characters almost appear like a foreign language. This is the sights and sounds of the city so big, it needs to be taken in in small bits/flashes to complete the full picture. V.
